Newb Question on Unbanning - es_admin2

Title says it all. I banned quite a few people however, when they get banned, they get banned using their license id and this steamid format steam:11000010c2d95d5

When they submit a ban request, they give different steamids that doesnt match any i have inside my ban file. They give me their steamid64 r their regular steamid which none are used with fxserver. Anyone know what kinda rookie thing im doing.

They should match, if you have the steam profile of the banned account you can always check it yourself via www.vacbanned.com

or you might know their nickname on steam, you could search for that name in the database and see both steam identifier and the license and then simply erase it from the bans.txt (including the ip)

I’ve unbanned several people using these methods.

Word, youre the man. This site uses their steamid and transfers into the 64 bit hex i was looking for. thanks man.
