Welcome to New Horizons RP — We Are Now Live for Beta!
New Horizons RP is a semi-serious roleplay server built for people who want their stories to actually matter. Our goal is to give you a fresh take on San Andreas, a city with real laws, a real economy, and real consequences, so you can fully immerse yourself in your character. Everyone is welcome here, whether you’re brand new to RP or a veteran looking for a city that takes worldbuilding seriously.
Development is active and constant. We run a dedicated dev environment alongside the live server, which means changes and fixes roll out fast without breaking your experience mid-story. New content lands regularly, and community feedback drives what we build next.
We’re a community-first server where roleplay comes before everything else. Business openings, city events, court sessions, elections, there’s always something happening. And when you just want to unwind, there’s plenty of downtime to be had with friends around the city.

The State of San Andreas
Here’s what makes the city different:
- A real legal system. San Andreas runs on a full Penal Code with felony classes, a working court system, and case law that actually gets cited. Get arrested, and you’ll face real charges, real hearings, and real lawyers, not a copy-pasted fine sheet.
- A living government. The Office of the Governor, the Office of the Mayor, and the Department of Justice are all player-driven institutions with real authority over laws, taxes, and policy. Elections put that power in your hands.
- A story baked into the state itself. San Andreas is rebuilding under federal receivership, with the Recovery & Oversight Board (SAROB) watching over everything. Whether you work with the system or against it, the lore gives your character something to push on.
- A serious criminal economy. A full underground drug trade with production chains, lab upgrades, and addiction mechanics. Working your way up isn’t a minigame; it’s a career, with all the risk that comes with it.
- Modern, clean framework. Built on a custom framework with smooth, optimized, and built-in-house scripts.
- Custom everything. Our core systems, housing, drugs, phone, MDT, and so much more, are developed specifically for this city, in our own style, and maintained by our own team.
Activities
The story is yours to create, but the city gives you plenty to build it around. Solo or with a crew, legal or… less legal:
Boosting — Got the skills to slip into a car that isn’t yours? Take the contract, dodge the heat, and deliver clean. The higher the tier, the hotter the ride.
Petty Crimes — Everybody starts somewhere. Parking meter robbing, shoplifting, chain snatching, small scores, quick cash, and your first taste of life on the wrong side of the law.
Drugs — From street corners to full production chains, the underground economy runs deep here. Work your way up from runner to kingpin; just know the climb comes with risk, and the habit comes with a cost.
Moonshine — Head into the hills, fire up the still, and brew batches the law never needs to know about. Prohibition never really ended in San Andreas — it just moved off the books.
Roof Running — Parkour with a payday. Scale the rooftops, strip the AC units, and get down before anyone looks up. Fast hands, faster feet.
Street Racing — Think you’re the fastest in the city? Prove it.
City Events — Business openings, community gatherings, court sessions open to the public, and election season: the calendar stays busy.
Civilian “Part-Time” Jobs
No application needed. Refered to as Part-Time jobs in the city. Just go clock in and start earning:
Taxi — Love driving? Get paid to get people from A to B. Just watch the speed limit.
Delivery — Pick up packages and build your reputation with every drop-off.
Mining — Grab a pickaxe, head to the quarry, and earn while you grind.
Towing — Clear abandoned vehicles off the streets, or lend the police a hand at scenes.
Garbage — Keep Los Santos clean and get paid for it. Keep an eye out; you never know what turns up in the trash.
Lumberjack — Cut, process, and sell lumber up north. Steady, honest work.
Beekeeping — Suit up, tend your hives, and harvest honey the city can’t get enough of. Just try not to get stung.
Trucking — Haul freight across San Andreas, from short city runs to long routes up north. The bigger the load, the bigger the payout.
Electrician — The city’s grid doesn’t fix itself. Climb the poles, repair the boxes, and keep the lights on in Los Santos.
Bus Driving — Run the city’s routes and get folks where they need to go. Stay on schedule, and the paycheck stays steady.
Farming — Plant, grow, and harvest your way to an honest living. Head up north for some good chill vibes and dirt under your nails.
Fishing — Simple, relaxing, and open to everyone. Grab a rod, find a spot, and see what’s biting.
Gruppe 6 — Big money moves through this city, and somebody has to move it. Guard the armored truck, make the pickups, and don’t ask what’s in the bags.
Whitelisted “Full-Time” Jobs
The backbone of the city. Refered to as Full-Time jobs in the city. Applications are all conducted in-city via an MDT:
San Andreas Highway Patrol — Think you’ve got what it takes to keep the streets safe? SAHP is hiring, but fair warning, our application actually tests whether you know the law to decide where to place you in the department.
San Andreas Medical Authority — Every life matters. Join SAMA and be there when the city needs you most to provide the best medical care a doctor or nurse can.
San Andreas First Responders — Fires, wrecks, rescues and more, SAFR runs toward what everyone else runs from.
Department of Justice — Become a lawyer, judge, or the District Attorney. Somebody has to defend the lowest of the low, and for the right price, that somebody might be you. Innocent until proven guilty, even when they’re caught red-handed.
Mechanic — Fix, tune, and customize the city’s rides while running a real shop.
Real Estate — Sell homes, close deals, and put people into the city’s housing market.
And a lot more!
