Will my server be affected by the unappealing of Net Neutrality?

Note: I’m not American and I’m not 100% informed so, I’m probably wrong.
Well, first of all i hasn’t been appealed yet. AFAIK, the American courts can say whether or nor the FCC can appeal this (law?) so there’s still a chance that they won’t be allowed to do what they voted to do.
No-one can predict what will happen with the American ISPs until the decision has been fully passed and they decide to act (if they decide to). So, worst case scenario is that the ISPs want server providers to pay some more money to not get throttled. This means, that companies like OVH have a couple of options. They can pay the ISPs that want the extra money (which will most likely result in higher prices for servers in the US) or, they could. They could not pay the extra fee (if applicable) and possibly have an influx of complaints about slow speeds (only from the US). Or, they could offering servers in the US (which is unlikely).
Like I said though, it’s hard to say for certain what will happen. Heck, what Ajit said might actually happen and nothing changes (not likely with previous trends for ISPs).
