Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus?
Also add what you already tried so far.
just log in? FiveM does not have control over social club it simply uses it to verify you get a legit license.
If you are not able to login then go to there web site and log in to be sure the login information is correct and to verify your two step verification if you use it.
