Need help with getting or making a cad for acommunity me and a friend are trying to start up

If anyone can teach me how to make a cad that would be awesome any help would be thanked.

  1. No one is gonna make a CAD for you unless you pay them back with a community rank or something, I am afraid that’s how the world works nowadays
