Need help with FX Server

Hey guys,
I need some help with my server, I recently got the idea to make my own server instead of playing on those of others. I was watching a tutorial and it all went well until I got this message: https://imgur.com/NaVXUmD
Please help me I really want to play with my friends, if you need any other information just ask!

You aren’t typing the right start command, as seen in https://wiki.fivem.net/wiki/Running_FXServer it is

Linux: bash /home/server/files/run.sh +exec server.cfg

Windows: C:\artifacts\run.cmd +exec server.cfg

Execute typed out is not a command
