Need help, VORP in REDM can't create a character

Hello everyone, can you help me? When I try to create a character, I can’t enter the name. In other videos, I saw other players doing it normally. Why can’t I enter the name here? Can you help me? This issue has been bothering me for a week.

You need to put in two names, so for example instead of say naming your character just “Bob” you need to add a last name like “Bob Brown”.
