I would recommend uninstalling TXAdmin and seeing what happens and then reinstall it if it still happens, Try a different Admin system, It says It isnt caused by TxAdmin but everything under it says otherwise. If I am wrong, just wait for someone who may know the correct thing.
Don’t know why this is in server bazaar, but I believe John is right, looks like TX admin is doing something funky. It could be your server list query realted to your server.ini so check that
