Natural Vision lights issue

Having an Issue with light sources flickering with Natural Vision installed.

GTA V version? Steam doesn’t say
Up to date? Yes
Legit or Pirate copy? Legit
Steam/CD/Social Club? Steam
Windows version? 10 64-bit home
Did you try to delete caches.xml and try again? Yes

System specifications GTX 1080, I7 6800k @ 3.6Ghz, 500GB NVME SSD, 32GB DDR4 @ 3000Hz
What did you do to get this issue? Installed Natural Vision
What server did you get this issue on? Any
CitizenFX.log file dunno what this is
.dmp files/report IDs Dunno what this is

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus?

Also add what you already tried so far.

I tried uninstalling Natural Vision, and then reinstalling it. That didn’t work so I uninstalled FiveM, and GTA, and made sure all folders and files were gone. I installed GTA again, then FiveM, then the graphics mod. It doesn’t matter what settings I have for Graphics, I get the light flicker at night from sources like street lights, building lights, etc. I don’t have any other mods installed other than a postal code map.
