Native "ApplyForceToEntity" is broken

You are using the coords from the ped, so for example if the Z Coord of you ped is 100 you apply a Z force of 100 to your ped. This causes it to go up.

It’s good i have replace the GetEntityCoords(ped, true) by GetEntityForwardVector(ped)
