Names on car plates

hi i have searched high and low ive seen this done but cant find any information in it how do i display players names on plates of there cars ?

hi were do i put it though i am new to this but it looks like that is for one plate ie “king” or is that just an example and i guess i would put it in my vehicleshop ?
