MySQL with Ip/Steam ID

I have actually a MySQL Database who saved money, groups and level permission. But some players arre registered by their Ip and some other by their Steam:id.

The problem is when someone is identified by Steam:id for example, another time he will be on his ip and it’s like his first time on the server with nothing on him because he can’t identified by the DB.

So, if we’re working with a MySql DB we need to enable only players with Steam launched before joining with the option in the citymp ? Or there is another option ?

You answered your own question in the question ;), yes you need it enabled so they join with steam

Steam is a much more reliable identifier as opposed to an IP anyways. IPs can change.
