[ERROR] [MySQL] An error happens on MySQL for query “SELECT * FROM users WHERE identifier=@identifier; {identifier=steam:1100001075b4b20}”: Host ‘94.XX.XXX.44’ is blocked because of many connection errors; unblock with ‘mysqladmin flush-hosts’

I get this error when i join my server. What’s the problem?
