Mysql-async error running system

hi,
These software are running:
HeidiSQL & Xampp

But when I start the server, I get an error message. (Attached image)

I disabled the antivirus(Eset Nod32) and the error message was as follows:

Why do I need an access message: Access denied for cammand sets.

My problem was solved,
By adding the following command after starting essentialmode :

add_ace resource.essentialmode command.sets allow
