My server keeps crashing people

So my server keeps crashing people, the most common code is six-romeo-red. And the rest are all just random. I believe six-romeo-red means theres a bad file server side. any way I can see what file is doing that?

After you crash make sure you save the info then send it in here, you can also get it by going to your FiveM client and going into the application data.
