My Radar script wont read vehicles that are driven by players

My friend added this police radar to the server (https://drive.google.com/file/d/1WFQooqYi33XIFBs_Nu_f2DHq2hXQYz6D/view?usp=sharing)
It works for NPC cars and peds.
But it wont show up cars that are driven by players.
I tried my best to fix it but no success .

For best results I would recommend a raycast or capsule. Since the code was taken from another source you can just update the code from yet another resource that can be found on the forums. There is several source codes here that can easily fix your issue.
