Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? Only windows defender

I tried cleaning the cache , disableing and reactivating the HUD and a full reinstall.
Also I tried changing the keys in GTA and changing my whole keyboardlayout.
I am the only one on all the servers I tried that has this issue.
