Also add what you already tried so far.

I have reinstalled Five & GTA fivetimes.

It is stucking or freezing for a few seconds if i turn around in my car or run fast.

[In GTA i have 500 fps when i play normal (without) mods.)

This is likely a server issue. It is probably a script on the server causing performance issues. Plus, you didn’t fill out the full support template.
