Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus?
Yes

When I installed the game, he never asked me in which folders I wanted to install the game. So I do not know if that changes a few things.

I have same problem and this dont work

Mine is stuck on the “We’re getting there it will be worth the wait” loading screen.
I tried:
-disabling my windows defender
-uninstalling cache.xml file
-restarting the game
-restarting the pc
-opening gta 5 storymode closed it,opened FiveM and it’s still stuck on that one
-i uninstalled FiveM multiple times,reinstalled it again and it’s still the same
Nothing worked,i want to mention that i bought the game on steam,and i’m using windows 10.
