My friend bought EUP for the server but we don’t have it in game

Hi, so my friend wanted to help the server out and bought EUP key. We installed all the files for the EUP into the game but there not there. What is the process of setting up the EUP and how do we get it to work. Someone pls lmk because he can’t get his money back

i also tried starting the EUP UI but it didnt work
