My fivem keeps crashing and idk how to fix, plz help

What did you do to get this issue? I was just playing a server than it crashed and it just kept crashing

Also add what you already tried so far.
ive deleted fivem and redownloaded it about 3 times. I tried deleting the cache. still doesn’t work
