My FiveM is stuck with an orange screen

When I open my FiveM application is just stays on the orange tinted page which shows some of the map on it and never takes my to the UI of the app, You could say stuck on the opening page, can anyone help me?

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? Yes

Also add what you already tried so far.
I thought maybe moving it to the same storage device would work since fivem is in my ssd and gtav is in my hdd but it didnt change anything.
