My FiveM freeze all the time

**What did you do to get this issue? After the nvidia Geforce update, my FiveM is fucked and i have full freezes

**Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? yes

I tried to reinstall GTAV AND FIVEM, i unistalled all of my mods in GTA folder. I optimize my computer, nvidia settings. My all fiveM settings are in low but i can play GTA in high and i got 60 fps. In fivem i got 50 fps but i constantly freeze like every 10 secondes. Please help me to found a solution. THANKS YOU SO MUTCH
