Which antivirus/firewall software are you using? Comodo
Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? No, it needs to stay on because I am prone to attacks

Also add what you already tried so far.

I have tried un installing + re - installing
also restarting pc
ending all unnecessary tasks on task manager
