Are you sure? If I remember correctly Microsoft rolls the updates out resulting in updates being available to different computers at different times. Maybe there’s an update that has been released but your machine hasn’t installed yet. Either way, you can still play the mod without the update.
To stop the people who pirate. And, I think Rockstar made FiveM implement it (I’m probably wrong here AMD, it probably just to stop pirates).
No idea, maybe your GTA was windowed? If not, you can report it as a bug.
#NotAll. Seriously, there’s pinned servers in the menu that aren’t roleplay. Also, have a look at our “Server Adverts” category, maybe you’ll find one that you like (yes, I know there are a lot of RP servers, you. An blame the French 
). Also, this is FiveM not “fivereborn”.
FiveM is separate to GTA. The only way I can see you getting banned for playing it us if you installed it into your GTA directory. *FiveM. And, I think the newest version is pretty good compared to the others. And yes, I agree RP servers suck but, nothing is forcing you to play them.
