Which antivirus/firewall software are you using?
I only have windows defender
Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus?
i dont have a antivirus

Also add what you already tried so far.
i Verified Gta reinstalled fivem 3 times And i tried Just to make the hud work but without succes Look if i press f2 to open like a inventory My mouse gets out and i get stuck but a inventory wont open
