Yesterday I updated my artifacts to 4960 for my server as I have been having issues with Radio and phone calls only working within a 2 block range aka Pillbox Medical to Legion Bank and if you go beyond that everything goes quite and can hear anyone talking on either.
Has anyone else encoutered this issue?
Does anyone have a possible fix for this?
