I tried to Install FiveReborn but i always get this error. Hes downloading a few files but then stop.
FAQ said i have to talk to a developer and havent found any similar topic here.

Legit. Rockstar launcher. But your .exe isn’t downloading so why is the version important?
Verification purposes.
Also, delete caches.xml and try again.
