mouse uncentered and unable to use menus or resize screen without crashing game

What is the issue you’re having?

mouse isn’t synced up with the actual mouse and seems to be limited to a small area in game screen and won’t work. using a logi tech wireless mouse on my laptop. In game-menus are cut off and unusable. can barely get to the setting menu. Also, can’t get it into anything larger than a small screen no matter the resolution on the PC or the game settings. using windows 11- I can start the RedM client and get into server perfectly fine just can’t play the game.

What have you tried already to fix the issue?

tried adjusting every resolution via game and computer settings. attempted to use an alternate screen, tried the forced redM settign to force the specific size of the screen.

What server did you get this issue on?
