Restarted my PC a couple of times, force quit it due to the problem (task manager).
You’re running FiveM in a RPH installation. While this may sometimes work, I personally don’t recommend it. Trying to start FiveM in a vanilla directory would help eliminate many factors. You can set the FiveM GTA directory in the FiveM Application Data folder/CitizenFX.ini.
Once this is done, we can be sure RPH is not conflicting.
You’re gonna need to make a clean copy of the game first, so copy your RPH version and then reinstall from Steam. You should have a vanilla version (no mods) and the RPH version. Once that’s done, simply change the path after “IVPATH=” to the path of your vanilla version.
