Mods and extras I add to the FiveM App Data are not working

Good Afternoon,

Recently I have been having some issues with extras and mods that I add to my Applications data folder not working. Mods like, a postal map, Make Visuals Great Again, and other visual mods are not working. During this time, my actual MP ped look for the server I am in also no longer loads in correctly. I have uninstalled and reinstalled both FiveM and GTA V at least 8 times now and nothing is working. I have watched videos and have insured that I have installed everything correctly, yet nothing works. Any ideas?
