looks like you haven´t downloaded it with the cfx account, under which your server is running. Even if the asset is free, it´s still encrypted and bound to your cfx account.

Correct, but you can transfer assets ONE TIME from your account to another. Or you simply download it again with the correct account, since it´s still free
