quite simply because of 1. empty houses are very light file weight level. and 2. decorating with our furniture that we buy ourselves is more fun like for example loaf with advanced housing, modfreaks with Playerhousing / allhousing / furniture v2 or mycript with mybuilder :slight_smile:
