My city loves the map but having issues with the script (qbox) I am grateful for the stuff but the support team is horrific, as of today I placed a ticket 9 days ago with one response (do you have your id for customer role) I gave it to them and no response for a total of 9 days. The customer service is terrible. May have to cut my loss because I can’t seem to get assistance.

Hello, I have this installed in my city but there is an invisible wall around the entire ground floor outside, with just enough room to get in thru the door and then another invisible wall blocking access up the staircase to the roof. Is there anything to do to fix this?
