Minimap is not showing icons and shops and that stuff are not working (also the phone does nothing)

CitizenFX.log file CitizenFX.log (115.7 KB), I quited it with alt F4 so if there is a “crash line” than dont think that that is the problem.
.dmp files/crash IDs Don’t have one, never crashed…

I tried to enable the map ingame but nothings helps i need the gta:online server functions so please answer
I did nothing with the ingame phone (it is still not working), I believe the phone is replaced with the players online list…

This is not a gta online clone. None of those functions exist by default. They can be made if you spend a lot of time making them.
