Redownloading GTA V, Redownloading FiveM, checked my settings in-game, update windows, made sure my headset is plugged in.

could you upload your citizenfx.log file like the template asks? (FiveM>Right Click>Open file location>FiveM Application Data>CitizenFX.log)

No, if i put out to my speaker on my monitor I can hear people but not my gaming headphones.
