Nothing specific, it starts with opening RedM itself.

I don´t thing this files will tell you anything about this strange problem, but if still needed I can upload them later.
Also add what you already tried so far.
So, the problem is I get micro-lags in RedM as soon as starting it.
It is from the beginning even in the main menu, you can see/feel the micro lags when moving the mouse. This doesn´t stop, from the menu to the loading screen, to the spawn screen and so on, it doesn´t matter which server I play on.
I have NO problems outside of RedM, everything is working fine on my pc, no matter which game or even RDR2 or RDR2 Online. Its really only RedM.
We tried:
Completely reinstalling RedM.
Stable, Beta and Latest Version with all the different options.
Changing the graphic settings in all forms (which doesn´t have any impact on the problem since it´s already RedM itself, not only ingame.)
Restarting my router in case of a connection problem.
Checking the server status of RedM, but the problem exists since I first installed it which was a few days ago.
I made a video of it, so you can see the lags from start. It has nothing to do with the FPS which you can see on the upper left, they were currently low because of the different testings, but the lags are there even with 120FPS, so you can just ignore them, we tested it a lot.
