I am trying to add the handling.meta/vehicle.meta files so i can change the speed of a few vehicles. but i can’t get it to work. All the vehicles that i have are replacements. 
i also saw this topic How do i use the new .meta streaming? (RESOLVED) and it has been resolved but I still don’t know how to get it to work.
