What did you do to get this issue? - Switched out my desk, moved the PC tower, left everything as it was. Suddenly stops working.

Also add what you already tried so far. - Tried booting it up. Says not enough memory. Issue happened with GTA V going down to 22 FPS maximum. Solved the frame rate and now run as it did before on a different monitor. Will not boot up FiveM at all, only shows the error screen. It does not even let me see the menu. Restarting computer does not work. Reinstalling FiveM doesn’t work.
