Important parts

What is the issue you’re having?

My game usually runs above 80 fps without issues, but at least once or twice a day the my frames fall to 5fps and Im unable to do anything. Sometimes it only lasts a couple seconds, but others I get stuck in this state and there’s nothing I can do but to close the game and come a few hours later, because if I try to load back in the issue will still happen.

What are you trying to do?

Just playing the game normally. I noticed that sometimes when I change instances, like taking the elevator to my apartment that tends to happen, but other times I can be simply driving or walking around and it happens without warning.

What have you tried already to fix the issue?

Clear cache files, clean installation of fivem, reinstall gta and check game files, run at lower settings. At some point the issue solved itself, but recently I had to delete my fivem files from appdata since it wasn’t opening at all and the issue came back.

What did you do to get this issue? unsure

What server did you get this issue on? Be specific and name some, ‘all of them’ by itself isn’t useful!
