A lot of noise comes around the corner, it’s a battered vehicle. The rims scratch the road surface and the glass covers the floor. But no problem! Just one push of a button and everything is like new again. There the roleplay is missing and Markhor offers the solution. By being able to repair a vehicle part by part, the roadside assistance turns out to be a true key player in the roleplay.

How does it work?

By using a configurable command, whitelisted jobs can open a menu containing various vehicle components. These parts can be clicked after which the part physically comes into the hands of the player. By simply walking with the part to the right part of the car, this part is repaired.

It is primarily a roleplay based resource. Only the windows and tires also repair visually per part. The bodywork repairs a bit per part and as soon as the health is at maximum, the entire vehicle will dent. In order to be able to carry out a useful repair, a full repair can be selected in the menu. This repair is done by walking to the front of the car, after which the entire vehicle is repaired.

What do we have to offer?

Physical Parts
The resource comes with 12 different vehicle parts. This varies from a brake light to a complete front bumper. These parts are placed in the hand of the mechanic after which they can be mounted on the car.

Own trigger method
In the config a client sided event name is described which can be used to open the menu. This event checks the player for the correct job and whether the player is outside a vehicle. In this way, the menu can be integrated in, for example, the mechanic job.
You can also, for example, link ox_target or qb_target using this event.

We currently do not sell an open source version. This is also not necessary, precisely because we provide an event that allows the menu to be opened from any script. This allows you to implement it in your own system.

If you want to adjust the props, it is a matter of streaming your own props to the server and adjusting the ytyp file.

Thanks to Markhor Bridge, you can customize all editable features to your liking. You only need to do this once for all Markhor resources, as all our resources call the functions in Markhor Bridge.
