Considering it is:
A. Pointless
B. Easy
C. There are functional scripts out there that make major differences in your city for ~$10

Took the statue by itself and placed it at Legion square park
Slapped a $5 tag on it & called it a day.
check the details well, eg. the flame is not the same, plus much more, but if that makes you happy, keep thinking the same no problem !
