Make a menu while loading resources

Hi! So I am looking to create a menu that appears in the FiveM menu while you load the server’s resources.

Any help pls?

You cant if you are talking about the loading resources thing in the bottom.

No, sort of you click on a server. It has the menu where you can cancel loading in. It says “hand shaking with server” and then loads resources. When it loads my resource I want it to pop up with a menu with a button that you agree to the rules. then you enter the loading screen.
