Did you try to delete caches.xml and try again? idk what that means but yes i did uninstall fivem twice now by putting the folder in the recycle bin and deleting in from there

i downloaded fivem, loaded it, gave me the error i put in the title, i deleted it by putting it in recycle bin, did that twice, and now im posting this.
