LOW FPS only on FIveM

Hello.

My problem is i have FPS problems on any server.
On normal GTA5 single player or ONLINE i get like 130fps on Ultra settings.
On FiveM my fps is 50 and drops to 35 sometimes.

My PC:

System specifications:
GeForce GTX 1080
Intel Core i5-6600K
16gb RAM

Any idea why it happend? I tried settin my game on low but no result…

GTA V version? Newest.
Up to date? Yes.
Legit or Pirate copy? Legit.
Steam/CD/Social Club? Steam.
Windows version? Windows 10 pro.
Did you try to delete caches.xml and try again? Yes
Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? Yes

Are you playing in full screen or windowed borderless mode? (in your regular GTA and in FiveM)

FullScreen, but i tested windowed same problem.
