Low FPS on good PC

So I have low fps only in Fivem on good PC, some time I get even like 25 fps and idk what do do/change.

1. Have you tried another server?
2. Does it lag on Singleplayer.
3. Does the lag appear once you spawn in something custom I.E a car or ped.
4. Do you have any graphics/visual mods?
5. If the server you are on has Onesync try another server without onesync enabled. (Normally the servers with a max of 32 players)

I tried many servers, it lags every time on Fivem. Fps are like 60 when server is clear, without cars and anything. When I spawn few cars I have 25 FPS. I have Reshade graphics mod.

Now on ultra, but when I’m on lowest settings fps are similar.
