So far I’ve reinstalled pretty much both FiveM and GtaV and even tried overclocking my CPU as I though it could be a bit of a bottleneck but it just doesn’t make sense to me that I could run the game just fine with my older GPU which was also worse. I’ve tried on Max settings, Lowest Settings, Fullscreen, Borderless, VSync On/Off and still my frame rate just doesn’t go above or below 55 FPS. I can run GTA Online on Ultra at 120 FPS average without any caps.

Thanks in advance!

Looks like locked FPS via vSync in your NVidia settings. Try to take a look there.

As I stated above, I made sure it was disabled. Thanks for the reply though! :[

But you have been probably talking about in-game vSync, in actual FiveM. I was talking about your NVidia feature accessible via Windows. I had exactly the same issue once I installed new GPU week ago.

It may look like this:

And every game can have already predefined config for certain games. So just check it all there

That was exactly the issue, I feel so dumb now ahaha. Thanks a lot!
