I am looking for some server which could aim more for the story of character and their development. I also would more aim for the vmenu option one, but I can take even ones with economy.

Try Nexus NRP. It’s a brand new city that opened about a month ago. Pop is still low, but everyone is friendly and all about the rp! It is a player run economy server tho
