We run a brand new server running the QB core framework,
some of the jobs include,

mechanic (with a custom garage and til system)
Weed growing (even crossbreed strains in your own home)
Trucking
Bus driver (with ever changing routes and locations)
Drug processing facilities (Something to keep the cops busy)
Garbage routes (also with ever changing routes)
RealEstate (create houses and garages ingame for selling to players)
We have an advanced Police and rank system (the extent of which is mind blowing)
100s of custom cars.
Our economy is based on the current IRL financial systems. People hording wealth will be subject to more tax which is redistributed among the unemployed roles paychecks.

We have a foundry for cutting jewellery out of mined emeralds.
PDM, Burger shot jobs and lockable door systems.
We do have a gang system, but there is no plans to use it yet.

Taxi driver jobs drive players or toggle NPC taxis missions
mechanic (towing)
Diving
and so much more.
It may be a new server, but i can assure you, we are far from clueless.
I have a lot invested into this city, time and money. So we need respectable, reasonable, unbiased, unprejudiced head moderators to keep the city and the people within it well looked after. Not looking for power hungry individuals, nasty or rude people, as that seems to a common issue with most servers these days, or women that sound like they are about to spontaneously combust after accidentally failing RP (that karen bull****)
The slots will be increased gradually to ensure quality control. But off duty mods even senior mods, do not keep any of their on duty attributes, to ensure people wont be tempted to spawn vehicles and abuse our resource system, only myself, can authorize people to use off duty perks. For senior ranking officers/head mods, they will be given access to a very unique vehicle store loaded with some beautiful vehicles.
We have a strict 0 tolerance on bullying, and player harassment.
