I have worked hard on several servers going through their interview, trainings and promotions, only to have owners shut server down. I am tired of having to grind for nothing. I’m irl leo, I know rules of engagement, how to perform traffic stops, control a scene and chain of command. I am an asset and only want to make a server and the community great. If your willing to allow me to help you, I’m there.

We’ve just setup, and I too am IRL LEO (although in the UK). As we’ve literally just launched, the community is small, but the server has been about 6 months of continuous learning and work, so an overnight fold is unlikely!
If you’re willing to stick it out and help us build the community, I will soon need LEOs and a Sheriff to head up the SD (at present it’s me to get things in place).

Persons who claim to be law enforcement are required to go through a verification process. We have sworn and commissioned LEO’s in UES Roleplay who have validated themselves. They’d be the only persons requesting/viewing any information you’d be required to provide.
If you were unwilling to provide proof to your claims of being a LEO, you could still join but would not be allowed to claim you are a LEO until you’ve verified with us that you are. Members of UES Roleplay who claim to be first responders and fail to validate are subject to being removed from UES Roleplay. We don’t appreciate persons who claim to be things they aren’t.
Our verification process is not intrusive and no pertinent private information is sought. The only people who have problems with verifying with our staff are typically people who claim to be LEO’s but aren’t. If you are a LEO, you’d love it here. We do have administrative roles that need to be filled

Asking for servers that will give you a high police rank immediately will mean you’ll end up with pretty low quality roleplay, since everyone will have gotten a rank undeserved.
Yes, you would have to demonstrate your existing knowledge during police training. Otherwise, anyone could roll up and say “I know everything about law enforcement”. However, once you demonstrate said knowledge, you’ll be a part of a good roleplay community.
